Planned Giving
One of the most effective ways to ensure a future where all levels of government promote equal rights, opportunities, and justice under the law is through a planned gift. By including L4GG in your plans, you are making a profound and lasting impact for the next generation.
Planned giving can take many forms, but the most common is a charitable bequest, a gift you make in your will or trust. Suggested language is:
I give to Lawyers for Good Government, a nonprofit organization (Tax ID: 81-4543775),
________ [“the sum of $_____”, “% of my estate”, or “the residue of my estate”]
for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.
If you wish to discuss specific language, restricted use of your gift, or have further questions regarding planned giving, please contact Sterling Howard at sterling@lawyersforgoodgovernment.org
